With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Slaubaugh (Boonville, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Slaubaugh and William Slaubaugh. He is survived by: his children, David Slaubaugh (Carrie) and Amy Wheatley (Craig); his grandchildren, Matt Slaubaugh, Rex Wheatley, Elise Slaubaugh, Nola Wheatley and Steve Slaubaugh; and his sister Pam Boudreaux.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask for contributions to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
