He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Whitlow and Helen Whitlow; and his sister Rilda Hein. He is survived by: his children, Scott Whitlow (Elizabeth), Kelly Parsley (Wayne) and Candy Reynolds; his grandchildren, Reid, Lyndon, Madison and Ryan Parsley; and his siblings, Mary Nicholson (Ronnie), Donnie Whitlow (Debbie) and Eddie Whitlow.
