He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Coomes and Edna Coomes; and his siblings, Art, Jim, Bobby, Jerry, Pat and Doris.
He is survived by: his children, Julie (Paul), Lisa (JD), Jim, Janet (Frank) and Tom II; his grandchildren, Holly (Danny), Ethan (Ellisa), Ashley, Brandon, Benjamin, Justin and Grace; his great grandchild Hunter; and his siblings, Jeanette, Carol (Ron) and Harold (Carol). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Deaconess Hospice or Home Instead Senior Care .
