He was predeceased by: his parents, John Noffsinger and Dorotha Noffsinger (Wells). He is survived by: his children, Mandy Noffsinger and Stuart Noffsinger; and his grandchildren, JoVonna Noffsinger, Draven Noffsinger and Many. He is also survived by Many extended family and friends.
