He is survived by: his wife Jessie Waters (Frobeter); his children, Terry Waters and Katie Garris (Bobby); his grandchildren, David Gresham (Cassie), Ethan Gresham (Becky), Shasta Adams (Damian), Hunter Waters (Cristina), Kaden Payne, Kyle Waters and Erin Waters; his great grandchildren, Elliott, Benjamin, Cyrena, Lukas, Jocelyn, Owen and Leah; and his siblings, John, Ray (Barbara), Fredd (Ann), Darrell, Mike, Linda and Karen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
