She is survived by: her daughter Melisa Stephens (Chris); her stepson Troy Westerman (Melissa); her grandchildren, Amelia Stephens (Emily), Alexandra Forston (Luke), Alisha Stephens, Cody Westerman, Trent Westerman, Mason Westerman and Payton Westerman; her great grandchild Parker Forston; her brother Donald Roth (Barb); and her sisters-in-law, Judy Roth and Darlene Roth.
