She was predeceased by: her mother Mary "Hootie" Helen Embry (Nelson). She is survived by: her father Basil Embry; her sons, Nelson and JD Morphew; her grandchildren, Selah, Adelynn and Asher Morphew; her brothers, Mike Embry (Kathy), Mark Embry (Christie) and Robert Embry (Shelly); her uncle Bob; and her aunt Evelyn Nelson. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; 4 great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
