She was predeceased by: her husband Howard "Bud" Lutz; her parents, John C. Blair and Elma W. Blair (Lehr); and her sister Dorothy Lydy. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Scearce, Karen Carson, Sherry (James Hoffman) and Richard Lutz; her grandchildren, Scott (Heather Babb), Heather Shadrick (Rob), Dr. Jason (Shelley Hoffman), Trent Hoffman (Kaleigh), Tyler Hoffman and Rev. Jordan (Jessica Lutz); and her great grandchildren, Paige, Elyse, Evan, Reagan, Dylan, Dalton, MacKenzie, Jonathan, Christopher and Arielle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association or St. John's UCC, 123 N 6th St, Boonville, IN 47601.
