She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Albert and Flossie Pearl McNeely (McVey); her husband Ray Woolsey; her son Steven Woolsey; her grandson Chris Woolsey; her great grandchild Steven Woolsey; and her daughter-in-law Pauline Woolsey.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Smith (Richard), David Woolsey, Randy Woolsey (Carmel), Gary Woolsey (Carla) and Shannon Broshears (John). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
