He is survived by: his wife Jane Scarbrough; his children, Sheli Bunton (Leroy), Randy Scarbrough (Stephanie), John Barnett (Cami) and Francis Barnett; his brother Gene Scarbrough (Betty); and his grandchildren, Alicia, Vanessa, Daniel, Christina, Keri, Tyler, Maranda Nahla, Kenny, Dawn, Christopher and Brenda. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
