He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin J. Norris and Nellie Norris (Converse); and his brother Steve Norris. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Norris (Burnell) of Boonville, IN; his daughters, Tina Jones of Painesville, OH, Rhonda Neely (Scott) of Chardon, OH and Cheryl Norris of Garner, NC; his grandchildren, Alexander (Katherine), Victoria (Joshua), Rebecca and Ragen; his great grandchildren, Ronin and Asher; and his siblings, Tim Norris (Bonnie), Sharon Schreckengost and Laura Doll. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
