He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Stephens (Ambrose); his wife Rhea Stephens (Williams) of Boonville, IN; his sons, Jay Stephens (Marcy) of Newburgh, IN and Jeff Stephens (Melissa) of Chandler, IN; and his grandchildren, Seth Stephens, McKenzie Stephens, Sydney Stephens, Sophia Stephens and Olivia Stephens.
