He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Millay and Ethel Kathleen Perry; and his sister Ada Kay Millay. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Louise Millay; his daughters, Michelle Leigh Luttrell (John) of Patoka, IN, Kristina Lynn Groves (Kevin) of Chandler, IN and Deanna Lynn Davidson (Tim) of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Ethan Millay, Landon Holder, Maria Groves, Madeline Luttrell, Annabelle Luttrell, Matthew Kindred and Steven Freeman; and his siblings, Nancy Thompson (Mike), Patricia Byers (John), Greg Morris, John Morris (Elaine) and Kathy Scherzinger (Steve). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
