He was predeceased by: his sister Brandi Thomas Graham. He is survived by: his father Jerry Thomas (Cindi) of Louisville; his wife Rebecca "Becky" Goodman Thomas; his children, Sydney Thomas of Boonville, IN., Piper Cannon of Boonville, IN., Ethan Patterson of Murray, KY. and Lucas Patterson (Kendall) of Tell City, IN.; his mother Wanda Chambers (Bruce) of St. Augustine, FL.; and his siblings, Michael Thomas (Cindy) of Sorrento, FL. and Kristin Chambers-Bigalke (Brady) of St. Augustine, FL.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
