He is survived by: his wife Jeanna Dayvolt; his daughters, Stephani Spain and Amanda Spain; his sister LaDonna Gail Upton (Tom); his grandchildren, Addrianna Spain, Kyson Fife, Kamdyn Hudson, Kohen Fife and Arayna Kelly; his parents-in-law, William and Donna Emery; his siblings-in-law, Diana Frymire and Jeffrey Emery; and his nieces, Suzan Straeffer and Elisha Farrar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
