She is survived by: her husband Gary Culbertson of Boonville, IN; her children, Suzy Evans (Tim) of Boonville, IN, Sherry Asdell of Owensboro, KY, Stacy Christian of Boonville, IN and Mariam Torres (Tony) of Burdett, TX; and her siblings, Rick, Katie, Donna, Sandy, Charlotte and Beverly. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
