He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Decker and Otto Decker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Decker; his children, Christian Decker (Anne), Duane Decker (Krista), Drew Decker and Brooke Arterberry (Tony); his grandchildren, Colin, Allison, Rachel, Evan and Elyse; and his brother Jerry Decker.
