He is survived by: his wife Lola Leslie (Davison); his daughters, LaJean Gentry (Bob) and Tina Johnson (Bill); his grandchildren, Philip Johnson (Lindsey), Spencer Gentry (Meghan) and Ashley Musgrove (Brent); his great grandchildren, Julianna, Ari Gentry and Bristol Musgrove; and his sister Juanita Youngblood.
