She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dimmett and Irene Dimmett (Bruner); and her brothers, Ronnie, Larry and Bill.

She is survived by: her husband James Marshall; her children, Rick Marshall (Cathy) and Tamela Wasson (Greg); and her grandchildren, Derrick Marshall (Melissa), Chris Marshall, Ericka Marshall, Mariah Wasson (Spencer Jones), Brian Schoonover (Shannon), Eric Schoonover and Jaimee Light (Michael).
