He is survived by: his wife Michelle Harris of Boonville; his daughter Elizabeth Evans of Evansville; his siblings, Shelia Crock (Kenny) of Boonville, Eric Hines (Lori) of Crawfordville, FL and Robert Caubaugh (Tiffany) of Titusville, FL.; his stepchildren, Brad Hornby of Makey, Aaron Hornby (Stephanie) of Selvin, Matt Hornby (Brittney) of Coe and Sabrina Gibbs (Blake) of Chandler; and his best buddies, Good Boy and Chase. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
