He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger E. Sullivan and Muda A Sullivan (Grogan); and his brother James Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Doris Sullivan; his daughters, April Addington and Crystal Hopson (Drew); his grandchildren, Danielle Moschner (Lee), Zachary Mortimer and Cooper Hopson; and his great grandchild Jillian Moschner.
