He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Perry and Mary Jane Perry. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Spradley, Andy Perry and Rachel Perry; his sisters, Mary Ann Biggerstaff (Mike) of Newburgh, IN and Rosella Wenner (Bob) of Newburgh, IN; his nieces, Heather Wenner and Amy Dugan; and his nephew Jeff Biggerstaff. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
