She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jessie "Hud" Hall of Tell City, Indiana. and Jay Hall of Tell City, Indiana.. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Parish Powers; her daughters, Cyndi Saltzman (Daryl) and Kim Jolley (Jim); her grandchildren, Jordan Saltzman (Rebecca Whitfill-Saltzman), Samantha Akin (Adam), Jessica Hite (Brandon) and Jaime Jolley; and her great grandchildren, Carter Samuel Saltzman, Quinn Evelyn Hite and Julian Pierce Hite. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers a memorial contribution can be made to the Sam Powers Memorial Scholarship fund in care of Peoples Trust and Savings Bank.
