He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claudine Marie Neer (Egbert); his children, Chrystal Neer of Clarksville, TN and Colette McNeely (Bob) of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Rory McNeely, Trevor Terrell, Lauren Terrell, Sheria Strange (Derek) and Jeramey Hart; and his stepsister Carol Judd. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
