He is survived by: his wife Marina; his children, Belee (Joyleen) of Alberta, Canada and Jane (Logan) of Boonville, IN; his grandchildren, Kendrick, Sean Clark, Chloe and Maxine; and his caregivers, Emmalie and Josh. He is also survived by his family, friends.
