She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Nelda, Donald Scales, Mary and William Denby Raven; and her cousin Sherri Payne.
She is survived by: her parents, Donna Scales and Sam Scales of Boonville; her son Adrian; her husband Stephen; her brother Adam Scales (Elizabeth) of Boonville; her parents-in-law, Jane and Dr. Phillip Kolb of Boonville; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Jeffrey Kolb (Lisa) of Boonville, Cynthia Fortune (Terry) of Boonville and Jennifer Westrich (David) of Elberfeld; and her nieces and nephews, Evan Kolb (Erica), Kurt Johnson (Elizabeth), Ashley Johnson, Emily Westrich (Chase Cline), Elliot Westrich, Emma Bender, Olivia Scales, Camden Cobb, Kennedy Green and Eva Kolb. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lenni's honor to Riley Children's Hospital.
