He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Aldridge Stephenson; his wife Paula Maureen Butler Stephenson; his children, Kylie Dawn, Max (Maximus Andrew), Gus (Augustus Paul), TJ (Thaddeus James), Sissy, Mea (Mary Elizabeth Ann) and Toby (Tobias Matthew); and his brothers, Dan and Kevin. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
