He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Kelley and Nadine Kelley (Schweig); his brother Dennis Kelley; and his sister-in-law Zina Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Kelley; his children, Dawn Helms (Bob) and Jeremy Kelley (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Jordan King (Jed), Hunter Muller and Draven Kelley (Molly); his great grandchildren, Ahlayna, Faydra, Owen, Tyler, Caden, Elijah and Kaitlyn King; and his siblings, Keith Kelley (Terri) and Kristi Vollman (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
