We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2021, at the age of 63, Keith Small of Boonville, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Lloyd and Lola Pearl Small (Lillpop). He is survived by: his children, Ashlee Gentry (Brandon) of Boonville, IN, Haylee Erwin (Keith) of Boonville, IN and Reid Small of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Brody Gentry and Brynn Gentry; his sister Becky Merkley (Bill); and his godson David Merkley. He is also survived by family members and friends.
