It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Carter of Boonville, Indiana, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edwin O. Gard; her husband Byron Carter; her brother Edwin Gard Jr.; and her in-laws, Bonnie and Kenneth Carter.
She is survived by: her mother Olivia Nettie Gard (Roetzel); her children, Cheryl Carter (Tom Shoulders), Susan King (John), Rick Carter (Kim) and Brad Carter (Kristal); her grandchildren, Zachary Bracher (Marrissa Vaughn), Amber Halbig (Brandon), Eric Carter, Marissa Carter, Brooke Wadsworth (Adam), David Seals (Chelseay Anderson) and Leslie Seals; and her sister-in-law Sandy Lampton. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
