He is survived by: his children, Marcus Woolsey (Kim) of Evansville, IN, Michelle Woolsey of Shelburn, IN, Rosie, Patches and Ziggy; his grandchildren, Kayla Woolsey of Boonville, IN, Josh Woolsey of Evansville, IN and Brooklyn Woolsey of Evansville, IN; his great grandchildren, Kloey Woolsey of Boonville, IN, Jensen Woolsey of Boonville, IN and Roscoe; and his nieces and nephews, Brett Woolsey, Marla Woolsey Hammel, Bart Woolsey and Jodie Woolsey.
