He is survived by: his wife Debra Hickman; his sister Nedra Walters (Skip); his children, Jay Hickman (Sally) and Julie Chandler (Ron); his grandchildren, Cody Chandler, Casey Miller and Tyler Hickman; his stepsons, Tommy, Tony and Todd Wente; and his stepgrandchildren, Marissa, Halie, Austin and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
