He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Smith and Robert Wade (Dixie); his son Jason Raymond Scott Wade; his stepfather Johnny Smith; his sister Vicky Palmer; his brother-in-law Ron Brown; his friend David Rexing; and his niece Jamie Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Mironda Wade; his children, John Joshua Adam Wade, Joel Wade (Melissa Stevens), Chris "David" Roberts (Ciara) and Amber Seibert (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jacob Wade, Tanner Wade, Aiden Wade, Owen Wade, Geovanna Seibert, Callahan Roberts, Bryson and Easton; his siblings, Johnna Brown, Bobbie Sublett (Gary), Jo Miller (Jeff) and Kristy Shepard (Jay); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Palmer, Chad Roberts (Lisa) and Kimberly Beard (Christopher). He is also survived by his family, friends.
