He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Keith and Zelma I. Keith; his sister Sarah Keith Gallagher; and his great-nephew Gavin Sacks. He is survived by: his nephews, James Verlin Keith and Henry J Gallagher IV; his daughter Malinda Keith Simpson; his granddaughters, Savannah Simpson (Jeremy Seifert) of Booneville and Ashlyn Seifert of Mt. Vernon; and his siblings, James V. Keith Jr. of Mt. Vernon, IN and Bonnie Caddell (Terry) of Santee, SC. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
