He is survived by: his children, Joe Howard, Jr. (Terri), Kathy Heuring (Brett), Amy Beasley (Scott) and Elizabeth Chapman (Twain); his siblings, Lucy Still, Clara Broshears, John Howard (Cass) and Mike Howard (Janie); his grandchildren, Brittnee, Colton, Tayler, Tyler, Ryan, Rusty, Cecilia and Hayleigh; and his great grandchild Elijah.
