He is survived by: his wife Anna West; his children, Jason Wayne West, Eric West (April) and Damon West (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Tyler West, Evan West, Zane West, Kelsey Duncan and Caleb Duncan; and his siblings, Mike West (Pat), David West (Susie), Marilyn Shofner (Mike) and Penny Fuquay (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
