He was predeceased by: his sister Jerilyn Skelton. He is survived by: his wife Kristine; his daughters, Kasey Nolan and Amanda Hulan (Scott); his grandson Declan Williamson; his parents-in-law, Mike Merimee, Jim, Dorothy Henton, Jeannie and Rob Jackson; his parents, Jerry Hodges and Beverly Hodges; his brother-in-law Keith Skelton; and his nieces, Taylor, Sydney, Peyton, Megan and Madison. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association.
