He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Bratcher (Barger) and Robert Bratcher Sr.; his wife Judy Bratcher; and his siblings, Robert Bratcher II and Lillian Cundiff.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Payne (Michael) and Scot Bratcher (Michelle); his grandchildren, Justin Dimmett, Jeremy Dimmett, Joshua Payne, Alyssa Payne, Whitney Meador (Scott) and Scoty Bratcher (Rachael McCallister); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Dimmett, Hunter Dimmett, Malia Payne, Wyatt Meador, Addi Meador and Maci Bratcher; and his siblings, Gary Bratcher (Josie) and Margaret Morris.
