She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Mayes of Richland, IN and Donna Smith of Boonville, IN; her grandchildren, Amanda Elliott, Lindsey Bishop (William), Cody Elliott, Taylor Mayes, Brandun Smith (Emily) and Kyle Smith; her great grandchildren, Jaiden Fulks, Easton Fulks, Wesley Bishop, Leland Smith, Kason Smith, Hayden Smith, Braxton Smith and Zoey Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Dee Hodge, Linda Capps and Bruce Wheeler.
