He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cook and Berthal Cook (Chappell); his son Tim Cook (Robin) of Boonville, IN; and his son-in-law Dennis McHugh. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Satkamp (Satkamp) of Boonville; his children, Marti McHugh (Dennis) of Calvert City, KY and Randal Cook (Lori) of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Nick McHugh (Laura), Bryan McHugh (Jill), Matt McHugh (Carley), Nathan Cook (Danna), Aaron Cook (Jessica), Adam Cook (Katrina), Ashley Kyro (Nick), Aubrie Werne (John) and Allison Jarrett (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Ayden, Kenzi Willoughby, Ada McHugh, Tirzah, Shiloh Cook, Willa, Ezra Cook, Zaiah, Isla Cook, Cameron Werne and Laney Jarrett; and his sisters, Katherine Startin of Washington, IN. and Brenda Smith (Phil) of Washington, IN..
