He is survived by: his wife Nellie; his daughter Cricket Provo (Mark) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Christina Nash (Spencer) of Bowling Green, KY, Tyler Helms (Jancee) of Indianapolis, IN, Cole Helms of Evansville, IN and Catherine Provo of Memphis, TN; his brother Tom DeShazer of Reedsport, OR; his stepsons, Mike Schikora of Farmersville, TX and Don Schikora (Dee) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his former wife Christina R. J. Davoust of Newburgh, IN.. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, 1 step granddaughter; 2 step great-grandchildren.
