He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Toy and Erlene Toy (Crumbacher); his wife Eudora H. Toy; and his brother William Toy. He is survived by: his sons, Richard E. Toy (Debra) of Boonville, IN and James Russell Toy of Boonville, IN; his grandsons, Kevin Toy (Jessica) of Cameron, NC and Christopher Toy (Wendy) of Palm Harbor, FL; his great grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Ashley, Ethan and Elaina; and his siblings, Mary Toy, Margaret McIntyre (Mike), Mona Huffman (Mike), Daniel Toy and Betty Petty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
