He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie McNeely and John McNeely; his daughter Traci Harrington; and his siblings, Johnny Keith McNeely and Mary Angeline McNeely.
He is survived by: his wife Ella McNeely; his children, Dale McNeely (Becky), Sherry Arnold (Jim) and Linda Anderson (Todd); and his stepchildren, Michael Ellis, Terri Miles, Bobbi Akers (Jerry), Penny Cummings (Troy), Mary Ellis and Bonnie Ellis. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 2 great-grand daughters, 2 great-grandsons, 9 step-granddaughters, 5 step-grandsons, 7 step great-granddaughters, and 3 step great-grand sons.
