He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Phillips and Imogene Ashcraft (Miller); his daughter Devine Phillips; and his brother-in-law Don Ribley. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Phillips of Boonville, IN; his children, Shondale Kelley of Boonville, IN and Amy Phillips of Boonville, IN; his grandchildren, Shianne Taylor, Mindy Black, Ciera Moya and Jerzey Black; and his siblings, Imogene Ribley of Boonville, IN and Roger Phillips (Peggy) of Alabama. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
