He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Decker and Laura M. Decker (Schmitt); and his siblings, Charles S., Russell W., Ervin A., Viola M., Ruth J. and Grace P. Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Debbie Decker Garske (Richard), Randy Decker, Harold Decker Jr. (Rebecca) and Kevin Decker; his stepchildren, Carla Jones (Rocky) and Martin Walsh (Ursula); and his grandchildren, Erin Garske, Molly Decker, Madison Decker, Kevin Decker Jr., Corey Decker, Sarah Decker, Marshall Jones, Theodore Jones, William Jones, Raquel Jones, Zachariah Jones and Blaine Walsh. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
