He is survived by: the mother of his children Diann Curtis; his daughters, Heather Curtis (Brad Bowman) and Katie Hilborn (Shawn Hilborn); his grandchildren, Kylee Meredith, Alexis Hilborn, Juelz Meredith, Kayden Meredith, Blaze Underhill, Ayden Underhill and Matthew Underhill; and his siblings, Brenda Sutton (David Sutton) and David Curtis (Shannon Curtis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
