He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Minning and Jeanette Minning (Pottinger); his stepdaughter Anne Salee Miles; and his brother Edward Minning (Arlene). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Talley Minning; his children, Dianna Chadd (Randy), Tom Minning (Sara), Cheryl Oldham (David) and Todd Minning; his stepchildren, Courtney Kersey (Tim) and Danielle Partello Tarrio (Charlie); and his sister Gretchen Minning Morrow.
