He is survived by: his son Stephen Wagoner of Sacramento, KY; his fiancé Shirley Bailey of Boonville, IN; and his sister Pearlene Offutt of Madisonville. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
