It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Paul Forville (Boonville, Indiana), born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on December 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife DiAnne Forville; his children, Nicole Berneking (Chris) and Todd Forville (Holly); his grandchildren, Cassie Donaldson, Christian Berneking, Andrew Pracht, Lauren Pracht, Teresa Berneking and Bethany Forville; and his brothers, David Forville of Virginia and John Forville of Lafayette.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to St. Clement Catholic Church.
