He is survived by: his sister Kathy Dorsey; and his stepsons, Keith Hunt, Kim Mand (Lisa), Earl Mand (Linda), Eric Mand (Kay) and Bryan Mand (Lori). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation in Donald's name.
